Charge a lot for services that go in and out daily,and of course for your inconvenience they never deduct anything from your bill.So you are paying for service even when you don't have any.

Turned in equipment and CANCELLED Service. Apparently, the representative was suppose to inform us that we should have kept equipment until the end of service period. Now we can't get our equipment back to finish out our final month. Tried to hook up Cable without box to watch cable, UNABLE TO DO SO.

Quick service took care of our new quickly called spectrum ahead of time they honored the request to switch modem and router because someone has been hacking our internet and ended up with injury on my credit report I never did hoping the change will stop the hacking

Let me say the people that work here are great. But the internet service has been nothing but problems from day 1… that’s been almost 3 years ago now. Sometimes the internet will drop multiple times a day for months straight. For that we were reimbursed on our bill by a few dollars… pathetic!!!!! I wish there were other internet providers where I live outside of the city. I have better internet hotspotting my phone.

After 2 weeks and FIVE service calls, your technical services are absolutely HORRIBLE. Our yard is really messed up and there are STILL active cables above ground. Your contracted service providers don't...and ADMITTED they will not communicate with anyone about their mistakes.

*This review doesn't pertain to this store specifically, but instead Spectrum services in general.I had been using Spectrum for 3 years, the price started at $64 and over time was almost $90-my services never changed. I had called the customer support line end services, when moving out of the area. I spoke to a woman who continued to get me to keep the services, though they weren't needed/necessary and explained this. She then asked me about cell phone service and as we got all the way to finalizing this potential service, she was reading the contract. I made it clear I wanted to be on a payment plan for the phones, though you cannot do payment plans for phone, if you don't use Spectrum services. I then told her I was not interested in the phones for I didn't have the hundreds of dollars to buy them and didn't want to continue my service through this company. She was rather pushy and continued to ask me if I was sure and if she could call me back "after I thought about it". Like bro, I thought about it and no.This woman also stated there were "coupons" I could apply to my monthly bill, decreasing the amount, significantly, though this was never brought to my attention in the 3 years I was a customer.

This place is the best. Customer service here beats the customer service I received from both AT&T AND VERIZON. Prices for TV, mobile phone service and internet far beat anywhere else. Eric at Baxter office is the best. Friendly people here. Check them out

Richard was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and very attentive to all of our needs. He even finalized everything for us when he heard us mention we were about to be running late for an appointment. The man is underpaid and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Rachel B. was the greatest help. She stayed positive while helping us with multiple requests. Even when their computer system quit working. She is the greatest person in sales We have worked with in years!!! Hope to work with her in the future.

It was my first visit here. The tablet login device near store entrance was not working correctly and staff member who I had to work with was adversarial and somewhat rude. She kept repeating the same answer and didn't listen to my actual question. The store itself was neat and clean. Hope the internet service works well in my home. Time will tell.
