I had gone in the store to get a replacement home internet router they didn’t have any in stock nor could they order one but that is not why I am writing this review and not why it’s a 1 star I am writing this review because I left the store and tried to log into my account on my app and it had stated it was locked so I called the number provided and the Customer service rep had mentioned it was a security lock due to too many failed login attempts I had only logged into the account one other time that day and I use apples Face ID not to mention I had gotten into the account so at some point from me giving them my account info to see if they can order a new router and me leaving the store and going to the grocery store for less then 5 minutes I was “somehow” locked out of my account I had logged into it before I had went into the store as well too just make sure I didn’t have a bill or anything else that needed fixing since I have to drive 30min to get to Baxter to go to said store.

I have had T Mobile for years. Customer service on the phone or online is top notch. However everytime I've been in this location it's been very poor. Employees don't even try to care enough to begin to help.

Huge thank you to Chad at T-Mobile in Baxter, MN! Chad was excellent!! Best customer service experience I’ve had in many MANY years! We switched over 3 phones from another company’s and added a 4th. He was so incredibly patient with any tech issues arising from the switch, multitasking with other customers, incredibly patient, kind, HONEST, and just awesome. What would have driven anyone over the edge… he handled everything so professionally… with integrity, kindness and always kept a personable fun attitude and smile. He went the extra mile. I wouldn't bother visiting this store. The staff are really unprofessional and don't pay attention to what your saying half the time. Anything you ask them to do comes off as an inconvenience to their day. I don't understand how this store is even at a 4 star because this has been a problem on a number of different occasions. I ordered a screen protector through these guys and they can't even tell me where it's at because supposedly the third party website doesn't have any sort of tracking. This place is a joke, save your money for a real comedy club.

Staff is more interested in making jokes. I was left at the counter while 5 employees were helping one customer and just as the store manager came to help us, ended up taking a phone call and leaving us again. Also when the iPad said customer signature, he just was playing with coins on his desk and I had to reach over the counter to sign it. Super unprofessional.

I have had T-mobile for about 5 years now. I always have a good experience when going there. Especially when Brady the store manager is working. He is very helpful, joking around with us, consistently asks about personal life which makes a great connection. Very honest about products pros and cons. He is just an overall wonderful salesman. I work in the service industry and really appreciate when I see such an incredible worker.

Brady, the store manger at Edgewood Dr in Baxter, MN is AWESOME, he helped meet all our needs and services. He is a great salesman and does know his Tmobile. I would definitely suggest seeing Brady for any Tmobile questions, concerns and anything else. You can also see any of his other employees. Thank you again Brady for all your help!!!

My wife went in for help with her screen protector. The manager and the girl working were both extremely rude and refused to even look up her account online. The manager finally left the building and the girl yelled at her to leave her store!! Very unprofessional and rude! Someone needs to teach them what customer service is!

I called T mobile and explained that I wanted to cancel 2 lines on my account. The gentleman that answered said I needed to have a driver's license to verify who I was and that I could call customer service. But I didn't know that I needed a pin. So I went to the store. Two employees were serving two customers. The girl asked me what was I in the store for. I said to cancel 2 lines. She said, "You need to call a customer service associate." I responded that I had spoken to this gentleman over here and he told me that all I needed to do was bring in a valid driver's license to verify who I was. After a long wait we noticed that they were servicing 2 customers and the guy was waiting for a credit check or something and seemed to be just shooting the breeze with the customer. I then looked over to the guy and I said can you serve me while you're waiting for what ever it is. I've been waiting for over an hour. He came over. Told me he could not cancel the lines but he could verify my identity. After hearing this, I pointed out that they could have clarified that when first asked instead of having us wait an hour. At my complaint he got up and walked away. I asked if he was still going to verify my identity. He said " No" as he walked out of the room. When he came back in I asked him for his name and he covered his name tag and said "Manager" He refused to give his name. I have a hard time believing a manger could treat a customer in this fashion. So unprofessional. Will be reporting this incident to upper management.

The girl working tonight with braids in her hair and facial piercings was very very rude, telling my husband and I to wait to upgrade our phones because we won't get deals on them. Also would not let me upgrade my phone I'm assuming because it being close to closing time and said they will not take phones with cracked screens, when my husband has traded in a phone that has been cracked before. Poor customer service!

Stopped in to get signed up for the internet. Brady was a great help and we were all set and on our way in no time.
