Honestly, can't believe how rude the staff was. And to top it off, I saw Howard, the guy who runs the place, having a heated argument with a customer. It's just not the kind of vibe you want when shoe shopping.

I was so disappointed when my sneakers arrived damaged. I reached out to Howard, the owner, hoping for some understanding, but all I got was a dismissive attitude. Really not what I expected.

Was in-and-out of there within 15 minutes. Great help by the lady who works there definitely recommend. Love my irish setter boots.

9/17/22 I stopped in to look through the Bargain Cave. I found 4 pairs of tennis shoes that I felt were just right and were exactly what I was looking for. The sales lady pulled 3 of the pairs, but not the 4th. Stated she couldn't find the match. I had a coupon for BOGO free. Each pair of shoes were priced around $80 a pair. She wouldn't take the time to look for the other pair. She proceeds to tell me she will either need to talk to her boss or will try on Monday to look again. I explained that Monday was too late, so I chose to leave the 3 pairs behind. ? No win, win situation, instead we both lost out.

Advertise Berkenstocks but there are only a few pairs of women's shoes in that. Also, no one greeted me or acknowledged I was there when I came in and started browsing. There was one employee and she was with someone but didn't even say hi or ill be with you shortly. I went somewhere else and bought shoes
