They handled my discrepancy in a timely manner. They were unable to answer the phone when I called but, being a very demure, very mindfulI individual I instead sent a message VIA the USPS website, and they readily reached out and the issue was resolved in a friendly and courteous manner.

Was difficult to find any help, and then was just told there weren't any people available to deliver packages to homes. Amazon stuff is being left undelivered for days. Terrible service.

Have had many repeated frustrating experiences with postal delivery. Having lost, late, misdelivered and damaged mail and packages. After many years and dozens of phone calls they never fix the problems. Interesting that a customers federally protected mail can be lost, misdelivered, damaged and even stolen but yet the postal service is never held responsible or accountable. It simply becomes a loss for the customer.

I have multiple packages sitting there some of which have been there for over a month...this is awful. I cant get a hold of anyone to help me with this issue. And the worst part is, is that these are not just random things for me. One is a wedding gift, one is a christmas gift that I was not able to give to my family.

I felt do sorry for "ALL" the carriers! So many packages they could barely move! Yet they still smiled and were helpful. Personally I was overwhelmed with what I saw and what they had to do. Thank you for doing what you do and being so short staffed!! You are appreciated!!

USPS tracking site says I have 4 packages that are at the post office annex in Baxter. Some have been there for 2 WEEKS. I am getting none of them. This is a crime!!!

A simple service ruined by the government again, I have a package that's been sitting in Baxter for more than 10 days. If people started getting fired for laziness and incompetence, I bet all the problems would suddenly go away. Don't bother calling because the phone never gets answered and they don't have a voice mail.

Never answers their phone , leaves no note of a pick up at the post office, have more then once put my mail in other boxes making me pay late fees on car payment and credit card payments!!! I’m totally frustrated with them!!!

I only give it a one star because you cannot send packages here. I see now it says package annex however I didn’t know what this meant. Go to the Brainerd USPS.
