After AT&T customer service and them failing to honor a promo deal we were gjven, I brought my family to switch to Verizon. I had a bad appointment with AT&T and was truthfully in a bad mood after. When I walked into Verizon, I was treated with a level of customer respect and care that was not expected at all. We were greeted immediately with the manager, had an amazing salesperson and left with brand new phones in an hour. AT&T lost 7 customers due to customer service. Verizon changed my mood and gained the business of my family. If you are thinking of switching phone carriers, do yourself a favor and go here. You won't get the same customer service anywhere else.

Please pass along my gratitude to Abby. She was so very helpful when I came to the store to get internet access for my kids' tablets for our road trip. I ended up purchasing my first new phone in over a decade, and she helped me with absolutely everything involved. She made the resulting plan changes, etc., very clear and helped me leave with a phone that I could use. I could not have figured all that out on the website; she saved me hours of frustration. Thank you so much!

Cannot thank Kaitlyn enough! She was very helpful with helping my pick out and transfer data from an old phone to a new one. Although I was not able to transfer my phone number she made me confident in my decision to switch from a phone carrier over to Verizon!

5 after 6pm, closes at 7pm. Would sell a phone, but would not transfer a phone because it was too close to closing. Very poor customer service. Will not ever buy anything from them ever again.

I stopped in because the charging port on my iPhone had a bunch of lint in it, and wouldn't take a charge. Ryan helped me out, completely free of charge and cleaned my iPhone charging port which fixed my issue. No strings attached. I inquired about when my account would be eligible for an upgrade, and to my surprise I was due! I came back later, and got a great new phone at an amazing price, and the staff made my visit here today a really enjoyable one.
