I stopped in because the charging port on my iPhone had a bunch of lint in it, and wouldn't take a charge. Ryan helped me out, completely free of charge and cleaned my iPhone charging port which fixed my issue. No strings attached. I inquired about when my account would be eligible for an upgrade, and to my surprise I was due! I came back later, and got a great new phone at an amazing price, and the staff made my visit here today a really enjoyable one.

So apart from Verizon in general being super expensive and scummy I was flat out lied to by one of the reps in this store and rep over the phone I ported my phone number out and still have a tablet plan which I was told on numerous accounts that the plan itself would be $50 a month but now its $80 and my tablet that I have financed through Verizon is only $30ish a month and some how my bill this month is $160 FOR JUST A TABLET (in total my bill should barely be above $100 a month which is still outrageous) that is just flat out unacceptable the fact that people still continue to pay for they’re subpar service and pay way more than the other carriers is mind bending to me if I didn’t owe so much on my tablet I’d cancel my service out right on top of that even though they’re a premium retailer a corporate location they still can’t change your plan or cancel services you still have to call in to do any of that.

What is the point of insurance if they won't let her replace the phone for a tiny crack in the corner or fix it or come on man it's starting to spiderweb out n they tell her it's not covered ? What?! Omigosh my friends gone thru these guys for ten years got a thousand dollar phn less than a year ago on payments AND pays for the insurance they told her she can't replace her screen protector it looks gross I told her I was gonna replace it AND im telling anyone who reads this cuz it's not fair my mom's gone thru u guys for over ten years too and you're gr8 to her so I had thought u treat all your customers as good

Best service we’ve had at any Verizon store! Super guys that helped us-wish I could remember their names. Made it very easy to help with some service questions we had and didn’t feel pressured on anything. Highly recommend!

She wasn't very helpful or friendly.After leaving the store all my Bluetooth connections were deleted so I don't know what she did to my phone.

Very very rude team member. Did not want to help. Left without buying anything. I visit Verizon all the time great customer service. Excellent besides this one. The guy was very rude to the gal ahead of me and did not help her either. ?

This store does not answer their phone. We had placed an order through Corporate Verizon over the phone. Shortly thereafter, I received a text that the order had been picked up. The order had not been picked up. We could not cancel the order through Verizon, and neither we nor corporate Verizon could get through to the store, as it just rolls to the corporate answering service. I was told we now have to go to the store in person to figure out why the order is showing it was picked up. Everything is always a fiasco when we have to do anything with Verizon. I have finally had enough and will be cancelling the order and changing to a different provider.

The store manager, Ben is amazing! He helped fix a major issue with our phone set up that a different store messed up. Another man came in before we left and specifically asked for Ben and said the same thing…Ben is very helpful and knowledgeable. Mad respect for how he runs this store. Thanks, Ben!

Store hours on the door did not match the web site.. employee came out very upset when I was there at 10 vs. 11 on Sunday.. he acknowledged the mistake and said they will fix it, but did nothing to help me but say come back in an hour.. horrible location and worthless staff.. this location should close and go out of business.. stay away..

Great help on phone selection. My phone would not charge one day and online national help desk told me I would have to replace the whole phone. I went to the store to get a second opinion. They checked my phone out and discovered lint in the charging port. They pulled it out and my phone was charging again. No cost, friendly service and saved me from buying a new phone.
