Not all employees but a handful of the workers are extremely rude . Treated me like I was an inconvenience. Especially when it's their fault that they don't have my medications on time .

I am on a lot of medication, so I am frequently at this pharmacy in Baxter to get refills or new medication. I find many of the pharmacist and associates to be very helpful and I appreciate their attitudes in speaking with me. I have not sensed any condescension or some of the other negatives that have been mentioned in other reviews.

Called to get a prescription of Ivermectin. Pharmacist said they would not fill the prescription for treatment of covid,. Since when can a pharmacist pretend to be a Dr. He said it does not work for covid over a couple times. I started to explain that we had it in our house very bad before and Ivermectin was prescribed and that once started to take it, recovery was powerfully quick. I did not get a chance to explain fully as he just kept talking over me drowning me out. it is too bad they are in bondage to big pharma and money. Pharmacists now are drunk with power believing the know more than your attending Physician. Sad. All we can do is take our $$ to other business that shows respect and compassion. That I will do.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! The staff is nearly incompetent, the wait is usually over a 1/2 hour, and the app is useless, since no one seems to understand how to use it. God forbid you only want to pick up one or two of your prescriptions as opposed to all of them at once. Apparently it's a huge deal to put the bottles in a different bag, and staple a new receipt on. On more than a few occasions, my prescriptions have not been filled even after calling multiple times to confirm. If something needs a DR. approval, it has taken them WEEKS to even send it! the staff is very rude, and acts like it is a burden out of their day to do their job. The pharmacists are condescending, and treat you as if you are a 10 year old taking a medication for the first time. I have taken many of my medications for several years, and they STILL make me consult with a pharmacist about how my meds work every time I pick them up. I can't say enough bad things about this pharmacy, it's appalling. Go somewhere else.

Drove about 40 miles to the pharmacy to buy insulin . They said they were all out of our kind of insulin and couldn't get more in for 4 days. Being that diabetics have to have their insulin, we had to drive 95 more miles to another Wal-Mart Pharmacy to get the insulin. Infuriating! Is that poor management or what!!!???
