Terrible customer service, our self checkout rang up at $285, wrong price, we were redirected to another register and had to scan our items not twice but three times, each total ringing up a different price, $195, and finally $170, the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing, neither did his manager, we will not be coming back.

Do better!!! I have called corporate but feel it’s important to also inform the public. The blatant invalidating excuses of the perpetual racial profiling needs to end. Supervisor validating the ethically questionable behavior is gross and shows why this location is so bad. Your treating people like criminals and minors at that. Held my children from going out the door made them feel like they were criminals then have multitude of people go by you smile don’t ask for their receipts only difference is skin color. And then along comes another family with members that aren’t white you stop them and ask for a receipt this is by definition racial profiling.To be the change the world needs we need to speak up and not be silent so for my kids I will proudly get loud!!!!!Make a change

Unbridled capitalism. So capitalist that you even work as your own checkout clerk, we tell you that's so you don't have a cashier touching your goods you can barely afford but we defeat that purpose by just having you use the same uncleanness surfaces everyone else and their products touch. Keeps the employees healthier at the expense of the public but that's okay, they don't have a union and you pay for their food stamps despite us being one of the world's largest employers.

Excellent store.. this is one of the best walmarts stores around! Great service great selection and super friendly helpful staff, the store is always clean and fully stocked with everything you need

Nice, clean & spacious store. All stores should be like that with the same layout as well. That way a customer could go to any Walmart and know where to go for items.

The delivery service all though convenient, has turned out time after time to be a huge head ache. The shipping fees never appear until after PMT. Is made. This is during a grocery order. So it's after the fact that I noted a huge shipping charge. Then have to go back through the whole order to find what items need to be shipped. Then decide if the ship. Cost is worth ordering it. Seldomly it's not. Shipping charge's as much as double the cost of the actual item. Then you have the ability to mark on the online pages if you want the shopper to submit a substitute if your item is out of stock. I marked no. Because the substitute is usually so far off that I don't dare allow them to pic it. So given all this tonight they still added substitute's, that were not any where near the same cost. Plus the 2 calls to the online customer service line to correct these issues, took an additional hour & a half. Plain & simple Walmart is going up in prices & down hill in the service dept. Not worth shopping there period.

They don't do a good job being discreet with following shoplifters. I get followed every time I'm in there because I'm nonverbal and "look guilty." I used to work closely with assets protection at one if my old jobs and y'all are missing the real shoplifters when you profile people.

They "upgraded" all of their machines and card readers--but for some reason, they didn't upgrade to tap to pay--which made the upgrade pretty pointless. The machines pretty much never work with my debit card. If I have an employee transfer my transaction to another machine it works...sometimes. I usually have to use my debit card, which is affecting my credit because I need to use it more than before.

I went to the auto shop to change my oil and steering power fluid and they said the exactly the price that they were going to charge me. The gentleman were very kind and considerate. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone ☺️ thank you guys again!

Nice Walmart, though recently noticed opened food / other products being found ditched in departments they don't belong (opened frozen burrito in the make up area). This location needs to work on answering their phones better, shouldn't have to wait several minutes for someone to answer nor should customers have to call the store, while at the store, to have access to the fitting rooms.

Unfortunately, if I'm being honest, this experience was very disappointing. I made a purchase at a Wal-Mart about 30-45 minutes away from this Wal-Mart for three baseball card boxes at $39.97 each. A few days later, I was at this Wal-Mart, and the same boxes were on the shelf for $34.97. I asked the manager for an adjustment, not a refund, and I would spend the $15 right away there, and she refused because I did not make the purchase at her store. She told me to go back to the store where I purchased them for the refund or adjustment. The drive back and forth would cost me most of the $15 adjustment, so I did not go. Bottom line, the store that refused the adjustment will now lose hundreds in the future because they would not honor one $15 adjustment because I will take all my business elsewhere. My advice is to be careful what you purchase because, depending on what you buy, there may be unexpected repercussions.

DISGUSTING customer service. don’t go into this store unless you want to be targeted, harassed and followed! i will never shop here & will advertise to NOT shop here forever. LISA is the worst of the worst, she is a stalker and has too many issues of her own that she projects her miserable existence onto customers negatively. SHAMEFUL. If the company knew what was good for them, her inside and outside activities would be investigated.
