One of the worst banks I have had my account through. They have a new courtesy pay that charges you $30 when something comes out at 2 am and you don’t have enough in your account. It doesn’t matter if you get paid in 5 hours at 7 am. They don’t let you make your account positive anymore within the same day to avoid the charges. They charge you fees immediately. Their FREE CHECKING is no longer free. They will send you a notice at the very bottom of your statements showing that you will be charged extra. This is so hide it from account holders. They won’t send anything like this directly through the mail it has to be on the last page of the statement. One of the worst banks and beginning to be worse then Wells Fargo with fees

It was a good bank but might need to switch again. I work 5 days a week and get off after they close which is why I switched to them to start with because it was open for a little bit on Saturday so I could actually go to the bank . Now they aren’t so really no different then my last bank

All the staff are great. My concern is that it is a dangerous traffic situation to get to the Baxter MN location. Unless you make a safe way to get into your parking lot, I will find either a safer branch where I can see to entet the parking lot or try a different credit union. Please get a more safe way to get to the bank!

There should be a direct number to my branch in Baxter......waiting on hold for everyone in the state is truly ignorant.

Very helpfull staff for machines but I'm gonna stick with the old fashioned banking it's cool though.

The Matthew who works there is very good at his job! Helped us with numerous random tasks that I don't have to worry about anymore, thanks to him. Keep up the great work :)
