The folks at Motorworks were very respectful and friendly, and communicated with me throughout the experience of having my truck being worked on. I've been here a few times with both mine and my wife's vehicles, and I'll definitely be back the next time we need repairs done.

My wife recently visited your shop due to a low tire pressure warning. As she is unable to add air to the tire independently, she sought your assistance. With a client meeting imminent, she was under time pressure and appreciative of the expeditious service your team provided. I am delighted with the kindness and efficiency displayed by your staff, which enabled her to meet her commitment. Regrettably, she was in such hurry that she neglected to inquire about the cost and felt embarrassed by the oversight. Unfortunately, when the tire pressure dropped again the following day, your team promptly addressed the issue. Thank you for the exceptional service. We go to Motor Works for all of our oils changes and have always loved the service!
Had some warranty work done at the end of the summer that was a hassle and a half, Matt G went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. He handled and talked to the warranty company kept us in the loop the whole process. Could not be more thankful for the help he gave along the way as these situations can be tricky to navigate! Thank you again Motor Works Big Lake for all you do!

A huge shout-out to the 2 mechanics who found a disconnected turbo on my car and hooked it back up without charging me anything and refusing a tip. This on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. I am so fortunate this garage was at the highway exit after I heard a loud bang and lost acceleration on my car. If I lived closer this would be my go-to auto garage. They are the best. Thank you.

These guys do good work. They're very knowledgeable and took great care of my vehicle.
I was having serious issues with my car. I took it to 2 other shops last year. The other shops treated the symptoms, not the cause. One of the shops had my car for almost a week and still didn't fix the problem.
I brought it to the crew at MotorWorks, they had things figured out and fixed in less than 2 days.
I'll be bringing all of my vehicle to them now. Thank you guys!

I needed new tires for my work truck. Cory at motorworks ordered the tires I liked. The next day they installed tires, balanced and alignment adjusted. Also replaced a front wheelbairing all within 2.5hours. I’m definitely using motor works for my personal vehicles from now on.

Employees at MotorWorks understand the need to establish a working rapport with customers. Corey is a great example of this. The techs are willing to answer questions and allow in-progress work to be viewed if requested.
