Just did my second annual exam here, and I have nothing but good things to say. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Dr. Nelson is great! He clearly explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Overall another great visit, I highly recommend these guys!

The receptionist was so over the top helpful.
I came in close to closing time not thinking it would take longer than expected.
She stayed, never made me feel rushed or that her time was up.
She made me feel that I was the most important person right then.

Overly expensive and when you try to talk to them about how they over charge on basic things, they brush you off. 100% go somewhere else and save your wallet!!!

I was holding my daughter during the exam and she started crying which I I’m sure made the doctor feel rushed which I understand. When I got the glasses I said something is wrong. The lady helping me decided to believe it’s because it’s a strong prescription and nothing else. She just kept repeating herself and staring into her computer. She didn’t look to see if they fit my face. She wouldn’t tell the doctor there was an issue... Now I’m stuck with glasses that are useless.Also I want to add that if you have medical assistance, they will have you pick from an old box. The glasses are all outdated and out of style. You can’t buy your own frames and use ma for the lenses either. When my husband went to the white bear lake clinic, he was able to pick glasses that were out on display and they were in style.

This is a great eye clinic for the entire family! From check-in to check-out, the entire team is knowledgeable and friendly. I can't imagine going to any other clinic.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Malikowski. She is smart, professional and genuinely interested/concerned about my eyes with Sjogren's. Doctors like this are hard to find as a Sjogren's patient. I'm with her 100%.
