Today was the first time I went there and I did not a good experience. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they didn’t follow it. At the end they cut my hair too short and said we can’t do anything now.

The Store hours says closes 7pm, I arrived 6:45pm and the workers sent me back because “the store closes soon” and they don’t have any client. So it’s more easy if just say “we close 6:45” and the people don’t show up “soon to close”.

I have been going to Great Clips on a regular basis for over 10+ years. I walked in today to get a haircut for my son around 5pm on Tuesday and the lady was extremely rude. When I asked if they cut baby’s hair she yelled at me, and when I turned around and walked out she flipped me off. I’m not sure who this lady was, but I will not be coming back to Great Clips ever again. I will also be posting to all social medias, making all family and friends aware NOT to go to this great clips.

Excellent service friendly staff. They should upgrade their tip system on the computer, however. Ten dollar tip should be the minimum.

The haircut we just paid $25 dollars for was $25 directly in the trash. I would give it 0 stars if possible. They completely betrayed any trust we had in their stylists. My brother went in with pretty long hair, He was overdue for a haircut, and came back home with his hair cut even ON EVERY SIDE. and you might think "it can't be that bad" But it's not even a straight cut! We went in and a lady left mid haircut and the guy before us left without saying a word to the stylist, he just paid and left. I should've taken that as a sign but they had his hair on file, He gets the exact same haircut every time. How do you mess up that bad???? I genuinely can't believe it. And it wasn't even like we could switch who was cutting his hair, They had ONE stylist working. I am NEVER going back there again. I could cut his hair with dull rusty scissors and do a better job.

Got my haircut in Belle Plaine. When I got home and showered to wash the cut hair noticed my haircut was totally botched. The last two times before this one I have had my head cut with a comb, sideburns in different thickness and length plus hair that wasn’t cut around the ears. I will never go back as their employees are seem more worried about getting to the next client versus the client in the chair. I was not able to see this from the mirror while sitting in the chair before leaving. Have family photos today and now have to wear a hat for my daughters 6 month photos…

The hair stylist came rushing in, seemingly late.
I was surprised when she seemed to be done cutting my hair, as it wasn't even.
I pointed this out to her and she said no, it's good. Then she combed it down the back and spun me around to look in the mirror. I pointed out again that one side was longer than the other and she said no, it just looks that way, see? and she combed it to make it appear even.
It wasn't even.
My daughter commented on it a couple days later - and others since then.
I've been to Great Clips many times & this was my least favorite visit

The stylist was friendly, helpful and gave me some good tips on how to style my hair.
