Sick of the same old jerky and receipts passed down from generations? Don't have the time to make it your self? Boy do I have a solution for you.

My son and I enjoy wild game and the thrills of the hunt but after all of that I'm stuck with the processing part which is not much of a thrill.

I enjoy hunting geese. Whether its Canadian geese or Snow geese. Either one depending on your group and your success rate you end up with a fair amount of meat. Then the processing part I talked about early.

With the spring migration on snow geese winding down in the Dakota's. My group was fairly successful this year and I dreaded the processing. Not many meat markets process waterfowl. I stopped in and talked with Dave before the season started just to see if they could or would be interested in doing it this year. He said that they didn't but if I was willing to give them a try he would see what he could do. Boy did Dave and his team at Rucks knock it out of the park! Not only am I but everyone in my group and people I have shared it with are impressed. Best part is it was affordable and quick and I didn't have to do it.

Needless to say from one goose hunter to another give Rucks a shot you won't be disappointed. I'll be doing this deal again for sure. Goose hunting just got better!
