“On September 8 I was traveling from Canada on my way home to Iowa. I developed a grinding noise in my back wheel. The closest Chevy dealer was Dondelinger in Brainerd, MN. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who walked me back to a service advisor. I described my problem. He walked right out to my Malibu, and popped a rock out of my wheel! I was on my way in 5 minutes! Many thanks to the kind, caring staff and this dealership.”

“Was in town on vacation and had to leave my family and run to the walk-in clinic. Leaving the parking lot, my truck got stuck in reverse. Wasn’t sure how to fix it so I decided to call the dealership and ask. I was directed to Adam, who I told I was about 45 minutes from our cabin and we did not have a second vehicle with us. He immediately hopped in his truck and drove to me. Turns out it was an easy fix, but he got me on the road. You rarely find service like this this day and age. I'm very appreciative of him and would recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here.”

“Cold winter day, shop full of trucks, but they still took me in. I had an issue with my marker lights on the trailer. Long story short, it turns out the license plate light on the trailer shorted and the fuse went out. Brandon and Matt help me out with this, changed the fuse, diagnosed the problem, all of this outside in 20° weather… they didn’t even charge me in the end!”

“My husband and I have shopped at the Bemidji Napa for years. Their employees are friendly and will try to help you the best they can. We've had harder items to find for our vehicle, yet the staff have been able to get what we needed when other auto stores around town couldn't. Napa does sometimes charge a bit more then their competition on some items HOWEVER from experience I've found the more expensive product from Napa lasts longer and is more durable then their competition's. For the price difference it has always been worth it for us to shop at Napa and get good quality products.”
“Definitely recommend Steele's Auto body. I've had 2 of my vehicles worked on. They were able to get my car in pretty quick compared to some surrounding shops. Great communication and they keep you updated on what's going on with the vehicle. Both cars were paint matched good and could never tell that they had been worked on.”
“Please read this whole review to make your choice for auto parts. The auto parts store down the street from Auto Value was of no help with a simple request for a raised tow hitch that would tow my pop-up camper level. The staff there mostly ignored me, and when I asked one of them if any of them towed things, I got a rude “no” from him. I eventually asked for a different staff to help me, and that request fell flat. I told him I was going to a different parts store, and the guy said “good”.Auto Value was a block down the street, and I was helped immediately upon entering the store. I can’t remember the guy’s name that helped me, but he was born around 1960 in Grand Marais Minnesota, which is my old neighborhood. He found the parts I needed and worked with me in the shop to put together a tow hitch that worked. It was very enjoyable working with him, and I can’t say enough good about the service I received there. I was traveling through the area, and he treated me like a repeat customer!”

“Fantastic service at O'Reilly Auto Parts today! I was in a bind while visiting family, with my car not starting and no one around to help. The team at O'Reilly went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They tested my battery, recommended a repair shop, but when that wasn't an option, the manager Steven quickly swapped out the battery for me right there. He declined any payment, saying it was no big deal, but it was a lifesaver for me! Their friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to take care of the issue on the spot deserves 5 stars. I'm incredibly grateful for their great customer service!”

Today, he made sure $10 was taken off of my oil change due to TWO people telling me an oil change would be $60 with taxes and all. Came out to $71.
