“On September 8 I was traveling from Canada on my way home to Iowa. I developed a grinding noise in my back wheel. The closest Chevy dealer was Dondelinger in Brainerd, MN. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who walked me back to a service advisor. I described my problem. He walked right out to my Malibu, and popped a rock out of my wheel! I was on my way in 5 minutes! Many thanks to the kind, caring staff and this dealership.”
“Was in town on vacation and had to leave my family and run to the walk-in clinic. Leaving the parking lot, my truck got stuck in reverse. Wasn’t sure how to fix it so I decided to call the dealership and ask. I was directed to Adam, who I told I was about 45 minutes from our cabin and we did not have a second vehicle with us. He immediately hopped in his truck and drove to me. Turns out it was an easy fix, but he got me on the road. You rarely find service like this this day and age. I'm very appreciative of him and would recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here.”

“Cold winter day, shop full of trucks, but they still took me in. I had an issue with my marker lights on the trailer. Long story short, it turns out the license plate light on the trailer shorted and the fuse went out. Brandon and Matt help me out with this, changed the fuse, diagnosed the problem, all of this outside in 20° weather… they didn’t even charge me in the end!”

“I've been going to AutoValue for years, and they are a great part store here in town. They almost always get it right when it comes to customer service, and the store manager Kevin is a great guy.
They have a decent selection in the store for parts and accessories, despite it's small size. I've found in the past that their prices are fair compared to some places in town. And lastly I'd say this is in one of the more convenient locations in town.
Overall great store, would recommend.”

“These guys have saved my life... literally. When I had my accident the first responders didn't have a jaws of life on hand and I was pinned in the driver's seat! Well wouldn't ya know here comes heather and this pretty blonde girl named winter. They wasted no time. They had a tire iron a crescent wrench and some WD-40. They went to work on the tin can of a car. I tell you they worked magic! Pulled me out right before the thing exploded! Yep I owe my life to O'Reilly's of bemidji. “Sam's Autobody was nothing but professional, timely (5 business days early) and did great work on my 2025 chevy Silverado Trail Boss. A deer had hit the truck right on the front corner panel and then slammed into both drivers side doors. Dirty picture, but haven't washed it yet ..waiting for the paint to cure all the way, the front corner panel got worse from opening and closing the door. Great job!”
