Prices tripled and even after canceling my policy they still tried to take a payment out of my account. After telling them I didn't want to go thru them again. I'm a little upset about the situation don't recommend them at all. I'd try other places before them.

I've been wasting so much money on car insurance, but this place was able to lower my monthly bill almost $100! I never knew this place existed, but I'm very happy I found it! There's also a very cute "guard" dog that greets you at the door ?

They disappeared off the face of the earth left voicemails stopped in multiple times they never responded and my insurance was up. I was trying to pay my next 6 months and could not do so because they were not around and would not return messages. I know they checked messages as they had updated with different days they had planned to be closed and when they would be back. Finally I had to switch insurance companies because I couldn't get in touch to pay and didn't want to go without.

The customer service here was amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable and got me set up with my insurance within an hour of calling. I got a great rate and my paperwork came quickly. I would highly recommend Bemidji Insurance Plus.
