3 Mbps is horrible for a small 1 bedroom house. If you do have a small house/Business I do not recommend 3 MBPS. Wouldn’t even recommend it to a family member PERIOD I’d go with a higher Mbps. Even if they persuade you into (3 Mbps) it willnot be as efficient as you think it will. Straight Garbage.
