Mica was an excellent agent for your company. She was very knowledgeable, patient (due to my memory issues from a brain injury), kind, considerate and dedicated to making sure not only were my questions answered but it was done so in a manner that I was able to understand! The storage location was easy to find and access and the process to start, pay and discontinue when I no longer needed storage was easy. Customer service representative, Maibel was very accommodating and helpful.

Storage unit is just what I needed. The security is amazing. I was also happy that I got to use my own padlock, I just feel like it adds the final touch, “YES i won’t have to remember more passcodes!”

I had a storage room with a local company in texas. Was only paying $58 a month. The company raised the rates by $10 a month then we get notice immediately that they've been bought out by KO STORAGE in mn. Then we get notice that we are going to be automatically charged a monthly rental ins fee (unless we get our own) then I get notice that they are raising my rent so then it was $88 a month. Then I got another notice they were raising our rent so now I pay $98 a month. Then I just got a letter that they added flood ins to this ins program so now they are charging an additional $1 every month. way to treat loyal customers. I've had this room for years. But never worry, I'm about to move my crap out of there. No I don't recommend this company!

DO NOT use this facility. This is the first negative review I've written in my life and hopefully my last. It started the beginning of June. The passcode to get into the facility didn't work for me. I called and was told an electrician would fix it... This happened multiple times over two weeks. It finally got to the point where they just left the facility open for me because it wouldn't work. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and they said I'd receive a call back. Never happened. I finally called today and waited on hold for half an hour. Got a hold of Desiree and she basically told me I was lying "it was only that one time". No, it was a full two weeks and it caused me to miss on a golf tournament, an opportunity to go camping with my kids and caused me to need to go buy new camping gear. The facility isn't managed well, the customer service was horrible and it miles out of town. Find another unit at all costs. Spread the word.
