I've had some of the best experiences renting storage units from Blue Ox. Never have had any problems. One time I lost my key and the they were able to come out and cut my lock for me the same day. They are extremely fast with responding. Takes all of 5 minutes to start renting a unit from them and they can do everything over the phone for you. When I've been able to stop renting from them last minute they've refunded whatever money I had left over for the month for payment. Truly such an easy and convenient way of renting a storage unit. In addition, they have a wonderful secured entry/exit. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you Amy for being so prompt with messages as well! 5/5 would recommend.

It’s rare these days to get quick efficient and positive customer service. When I rented my locker, I even got a response on a Sunday. Everything was great for a lot less than I would have paid for such a huge locker in the Twin Cities.

Amy at Blue Ox Storage was extremely helpful during the whole experience of securing a storage unit for all my worldly goods being transported from California. Blue Ox also moved my sister and I from one apartment to another in the same building. The crew was respectful of our items and was extremely efficient. Would recommend this company to anyone. I was really impressed with Blue Ox. Great response to my inquiries and one of the only places I found in Bemidji willing to pro-rate monthly fees, based on move-in and out dates. Great service and storage!
