Dan Evans was great to work with. Got a great vehicle at a great price.We have now have had our van serviced 3 times and their service is great as well. They are quick to get you in and quick to get out.

Because good used cars with low mileage are in demand now, I called CB to see of they would like to buy back the 2009 Rav 4 that we bought from them 3 years ago. They said they would be interested and asked what we wanted for it. I said $9,000 and was told that was doeable. When we got there, they reneged on the doable by $1,000 less. I went to the bathroom and found both toilet paper rolls empty in the handicap stall dispenser. We are both listed as owners of the Rav 4 and I had to sign off on the title, but the check was made out only to my husband. I was not too pleased with the service.

Mason and the Service Department got us in on very short notice while on a family road trip. We are not from around here so it was much appreciated. Thank you Mason!!

It has a decent selection of vehicles to chose from. Often the parking lot is almost empty.

I bought my first Toyota from Chester Berg around ‘09. I’ve since bought cars from them for everyone in my (once) growing family. They have been the lowest pressure sales people I’ve ever dealt with, and bent over backwards for me when I wanted to buy a specific car I saw on the lot. In at least a dozen years, and seven cars, (outfitting kids) I’ve only needed the Service Dept. twice, (cause Toyota) but they have always been helpful, and tried to work with scheduling. The work performed was always done properly. When I was gone working on the road, they helped my wife more than once, with the little things I wish I was there for. (Light bulb/wiper changes, but most importantly, treated her nicely.)We’ve dealt with the body shop twice, one minor ($1000), one major, (10,0000). Eugene V. is absolute gold running that dept.. Guy has a career’s worth of experience, and took care of everything with insurance. Plus, my truck came out so buffed and polished, it looked like they were going to put it on the lot.I know this is a “Fanboy” review, but they were a loyal, concerned vendor, before I became a loyal customer.

My only experience with CB Toyota is with the Collision Center. Once for a recall issue and another for a collision. Both times the work performed was acceptable and the service was excellent. Eugene V. was very helpful, honest and patient while walking us through the process. Eugene was responsive and polite and made the experience as pleasant as it could be.

Came in to test drive a vehicle. I didn't care for what I drove but was looking at the possibility of a new highlander. The salesman seemed to think money was an issue or concern even though I expressed buying what I wanted was no concern. I was absolutely shocked when what would've been my trade (books out at easy 6k) wasn't worth them buying. Said no we think you will do better selling on your own. I said the name of a dealer down the street that offered me 3500. The salesman replied "well they must be pretty desperate." Again the vehicle I drove in with was my work vehicle. They didn't know that by profiling me by what I drove in was a mistake on their part. I would and will go out of my way to ensure my entire family/friends and even my mother in law don't spend one red cent with this business.
