“I like JCPenney overall, however the beauty section needs more tissues/spray for the makeup testers. I thought they didn’t have any, but there’s one cup in the middle of the store. Just a concern for sanitation wise. As makeup testers have a lot of bacteria, if wiped on face/lips even accidentally it could cause rash or other infections.”

“The store was recommended to us by the camp host at our RV park. We are so glad we went. The first day we went in we found a wonderful young woman at the counter by the name of Nicolle. She was occupying her time by crocheting little tiny animals. She was very informative about everything in the store. What was handmade and what was not. We returned a second day and picked up the items we discussed when we got back to our motorhome. Could not leave Bemidji without them.”
