I know I'm bias after over 20 years with this business, but it just gets better. My starter went out in my vehicle while in my garage. I called Alan to make an appointment to get it in. He helped me to figure out towing. me they were booked, but they'd fit me in as soon as the part came in. He also guaranteed me a loner for the weekend should the part not come in .

I was in Bemidji with my dad and his truck got a flat and helped out at Kennys tire. The service was courteous and professional. I really recommend this business. Good people.

I don't know about the other staff but the old man that works at Kenny's needs to stop talking to the customers so bad. I thought before it was my daughter having a bad day and maybe something happened but no. I come to find out she was just fine he was not just mean to me and my daughter. That's how he acts a lot. Buy the way he will tell you no other place has better equipment then him he is a lier. Big angry one.

I feel discriminated against. I’m Native American visiting from Saint Paul, MN and had an unpleasant experience here. I pulled up to get gas and my daughter jumped out to run to the store across the street. The attendant came out to ask if I was getting gas and if not to leave because other people will not pull in if they see me at his pumps (I’m confused by this as it was 2pm and there was no one else at the store). My husband was pulling in at this time and I informed him about what the guy standing there was saying to me. We both have trucks and both on E. We took our service to the gas station next door. I’m writing this review to inform others about the horrible customer service and racism at this location!

While your corrections are amusing they are dishonest, you did not juggle your schedule. You had an opening at 4:30 which I agreed to until you forcefully went to my car and opened the door. Without my permission and started on a ridiculous diatribe. About lawyers all across this nation ready to sue you. Your reasoning is deeply flawed, I have custom rims on my car, It takes 235/75 r15. Safety is not the issue, you lack any real understanding of tires, that is the issue. The difference between 235/70 r15 and 235/75 r15 is a profile height of .9" or 10mm. The second number corresponds to the percentage of tread width to profile hight. 70% versus 75% My Caddilac came equipped with custom wheels and the 235/75 r15 tire option. It came that way from the dealership when I bought it brand new! This does not affect safety in any way whatsoever. But you see you did not stop your ranting long enough to listen to me. Dig your hole deeper, you're dishonest. Do you call all your customers Idiots? I bet you do behind their backs. You do understand people put custom wheels on their car and trucks all the time right?

You need help and a place where you can be confident that you will be treated fairly? My experience as a tourist in need of tires found a helpful businessman who offered prompt service at a fair price. I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in downtown Bemidji and came back to find the work done and my bill ready.

I was in town for the weekend and needed my brakes repaired before driving back to the cities on Sunday. Scott and Meredith fit me in on the same day despite being booked up. Scott did a great job and even washed my truck. The price was fair, the service was exceptional, and they got me back on the road in no time. Awesome!
