“I wanted to buy one of their jackets online but there is no sizing guide on their site so I emailed them and got no response. After a couple of days I figured I would just give them a call instead. I called multiple times throughout the day and got no answer and was unable to leave any sort of message as it said their mailbox was full. I want to give them my money but it's not possible if I can't reach them and that does not bode well if I were to have any issues with my purchase as I would not be able to contact them ?Edit: was able to get a hold of Bill using the number he left in his response and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out what size I would need. Perhaps I just caught them at a bad time I'm not sure. Hopefully they can improve the information on their site to provide some sizing guidance and finnthe necessary staff to ensure reasonable response times for customers.”
