Over the past few months I have seen a great rise in the customer service and friendliness at the Bemidji location. I am sure this has to do with Jamie, the new manager and how she treats her staff. They are kind and knowledgable when I need help with hair color choices. In addition, the store seems to be keeping up with the inventory better and it is getting to the shelves, instead of sitting in mixed up boxes in the back like it was before the new manager.
