When you spend 10,000 dollars on a vehicle and in less than a year I have to replace two rear differentials, you guys screwed me. And when they don’t make the part new anymore I feel like you really screwed me over even more. And when you make an appointment for 1:00 and sit and you don’t even bring the vehicle in until 3:30 , your service needs work. I have never in my life been more disappointed in a business than yours.

Had them put GM transmission in. Transmission shifted funny from day 1. Stopped on 2 different occasions and got the same response. You need to drive it so it can learn. It's now past warranty and they will not stand behind it. Less than 40,000 miles and transmission is now shot. GM doesn't care either.

On September 8 I was traveling from Canada on my way home to Iowa. I developed a grinding noise in my back wheel. The closest Chevy dealer was Dondelinger in Brainerd, MN. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who walked me back to a service advisor. I described my problem. He walked right out to my Malibu, and popped a rock out of my wheel! I was on my way in 5 minutes! Many thanks to the kind, caring staff and this dealership.

My husband and I bought two vehicles from this dealership. Having had no problems since, we brought our 2008 Callaway Corvette in for service. The car had been modified but was approved for dealer repair by GM. During the repair, a technician opened the cover of the main computer (labeled in large yellow letters DO NOT FLASH - CALL CALLAWAY) and flashed the computer, resetting this MODIFIED CAR to factory standards. Some time later, we had to replace BOTH catalytic converters to the tune of $3,000.00. We asked Dondelinger to split the cost of the repair, and he refused. We gathered together all our paperwork, photos of the warning label, odometer reading and a letter from Pete Callaway explaining the mistakes that the repair department made, and took him to court. Despite PAGES of evidence, he won. Do not buy a car from this facility - they do not stand by their word, the repair shop is incompetent and they have no ethics.

So I saw a picture of the type of truck and color I wanted from this dealership on Facebook market place. So decided to drive the 86 miles to check it out. Am I ever glad I did. Very friendly and definitely NOT pushy, All great people to deal with, from the sales man and manager to the warranty man. I definitely recommend checking them out!

I didn’t buy my truck from them but I do take it to them for routine service and have always had great service. Only thing is I wish the service department was open on Saturday also.

Takes over an hour and a half for oil change Takes over 2 hours if you want to shuttle home. Don’t get yourself involved with this mess I only use this place because of my warranty. Service in almost every aspect is a nightmare.
