Had bad customer service, an appointment, is an appointment, treated like a walk-in. I waited over an hour past given appointment time. Next oil change I will rethink where I will take my vehicle.

I have had numerous oil changes scheduled and they never show up to pick up my car. Even after I have verified with them days prior. I have called to talk to service about additional services to be done on my vehicle and they never return my call. I tried to call again today when they failed to come and pick up my vehicle for the third time and I was put on hold and no one ever came back to pick up my call. I am done getting my vehicle serviced here! I am beyond appalled that you are even still in business with this type of customer service. If you are so busy that you cannot return calls or follow through with appointments, then get more help or stop taking appointments. I will no longer be a customer of Dondelinger in Bemidji.

Quick responses to all of our questions, held the vehicle for us to see, were able to take it home that same day, good and easy to work with! Corey was very helpful!

If you think you're going to buy a new vehicle from donlingers here in bemidji and get good warranty service from Paul the service manager you have a new Awakening. They enjoy selling you a new vehicle but they don't want do step up to the plate with warranty with GM transmissions

When you spend 10,000 dollars on a vehicle and in less than a year I have to replace two rear differentials, you guys screwed me. And when they don’t make the part new anymore I feel like you really screwed me over even more. And when you make an appointment for 1:00 and sit and you don’t even bring the vehicle in until 3:30 , your service needs work. I have never in my life been more disappointed in a business than yours.

Had them put GM transmission in. Transmission shifted funny from day 1. Stopped on 2 different occasions and got the same response. You need to drive it so it can learn. It is now past warranty and they will not stand behind it. Never again will they get my business.

It's now past warranty and they will not stand behind it. Less than 40,000 miles and transmission is now shot. GM doesn't care either.

Vehicle gets towed in, go to check on it twice and both times it is outside and unlocked. Go to pick it up and it is not only unlocked but the keys are in it. Then now bring another vehicle in for an oil change and look at a seatbelt. Have a 10am appointment (made 3 weeks prior). Get a phone call at 3:20 pm to tell us we brought the wrong key fob. Then due to the 3 week scheduling issue, we were 435 miles out of warranty so our seatbelt issue was not covered. I have had other issues with this company before. I told them then I would not buy a vehicle from them, after this go around, I will not be bringing anything but warranty work to them. You would think these days they would want your business but they definately are not willing to work with people.

On September 8 I was traveling from Canada on my way home to Iowa. I developed a grinding noise in my back wheel. The closest Chevy dealer was Dondelinger in Brainerd, MN. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who walked me back to a service advisor. I described my problem. He walked right out to my Malibu, and popped a rock out of my wheel! I was on my way in 5 minutes! Many thanks to the kind, caring staff and this dealership.

Just wanted to say how helpful Ben Van Zile was my car broke down while on vacation from Florida and Ben was able to work me in to a super busy Labor Day weekend. Able to get my car repaired and get me back on the road! Fantastic experience with this dealership and employees! Thank you!

Whether purchasing or servicing vehicles, they have always been top notch for us when it comes down to doing what is right! Kind, patient staff all around. Jason K. is exceptional and has worked with us through the years, maintaining professionalism as well as courtesy, making us feel like part of the "family".
