The Fed Ex drivers never bring our package to our house door. We live where you need to drive down a slope to our house or walk. They leave our packages on top of the hill 300 feet from the house, outside and in front of the overhead doors of my shop/garage which faces the road. We have had misc products frozen because we didnt know they were left at my shop. UPS AND USPS always delivers to the house. Fed ex drivers, at least the one that comes here, make minimal to no effort. Very unhappy.

FedEx was rocking it for awhile, Recently past few months they have a habit delivering at the wrong house. Constantly. Sick of claims and issues. And the office is closed due to damage.

FedEx Corp not so much. Using the June storm, which occurred nearly 2 full months ago, as an excuse for a worldwide company not to be fully reopened is weak.

Constant delayed delivery and excuses like weather when there is no adverse weather. No communication and any online customer service is useless A.I. my package was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday and it is now Monday with no delivery end of day after three day of them saying that. Pathetic.

Poor customer service, unreliable, and they have a tendency to throw packages around as opposed to handling them with care. I would recommend UPS or USPS if you are hoping to have your packages arrive unblemished and delivered professionally.

Delivires to our cabin this summer hve been very unsatisfactory. The delivery person enters our boat shed/work space if it is open or closed and leaves packages without any notification that he has delivered. We sometimes don't find the package for a day or two. Delivery person could easily approach the inhabited cabin and leave items on the deck by our door. Very dissatisfied with the service.

this is day 3 of attempted delivery to out apartment even though my wife has been home every day, they give 0 effort to enter the building. what am I supposed to do, sit outside all day and wait?

FedEx puts zero effort into finding locations where I live, UPS can find my house no problem. Speedee as well. Your Drivers have zero initiative in making sure the customer gets their package on time in my area. My phone # is right on the package as well. When I see FedEx as my carrier, I’m bummed out. FedEx Sucks in Bemidji,MN

Our shower door with frame arrived at FedEx just before the snow Strom arrived. They held it inside the Terminal for at least five days till we were able to to pick it up. I was very pleased with the company for taking very good care of shower door. I do wish they had better hours for pick up. It's only between 7-9 a.m. you can arrive for pickup or by appointment at 5 p.m.

Driver insists on delivering packages to the wrong address in Baudette. She was an awful person and rude when I asked why. Avoid them at all costs.
