FNBB allowed unauthorized access to our account by a third party without contacting the owner of the account to verify access, resulting in a substantial theft from the account. The Bank now refuses to insure the loss. ~MWC

Not much of a saving type person. Had money to save a while back but still got treated like it didn't matter. Keep my money in a locked box in my room. No service fees for that!!?

We are brand new to the area and chose to find a local bank versus a national behemoth bank. We hadn’t made an appointment and it was late in the afternoon when we stopped in. We weren’t expecting to be treated like we were the only people there and that time was of no concern—-but we were! I’m so glad we stopped in and chose First National. The customer service was outstanding and we felt genuinely welcomed to the area.

I have banked with them for years, I will be moving our bank accounts to a new location, I have had trouble with them cashing checks and their mobile app. When my fiance and I went to cash a check they asked "are you trying to scam us? Or were you expecting this check?" This was the check that we had to get the paperwork notarized by a bank first. They were also the same bank we used to get it notarized. We also had more then enough in the bank account to cover the check if it had trouble being processed. They were rude and I'm not happy at all, the sooner I can uproot from this bank the better.
