Great selection. Unfortunately, one of staff members was so incredibly rude and almost hostile. I never speak up because I understand customer service is not an easy job, but this one made me upset to the point where I had to. The other girl was kind and seemed embarrassed for her co-worker. This store will lose business keeping employees like this. Puts a damper to a persons day cause I really have never experienced something like that.

Bought two expensive "in style" jackets for my kid and a zipper broke on one within a week. They said take it up with manufacturer. 😯😱 Oh my Gliks at Paul Bunyan Mall I'm sorry I didn't see you were Bemidji location. My mistake. My issue was with the one in Virginia MN. My apologies!

My favorite store in the mall and bemidji they have the best manager and workers here. You won't walk away unhappy
