I work an over night shift tonight in Bemidji that starts at 615pm. I live over 45 minutes away. I came here at 4:50 when the published closing time is 5, to pick up a few things before work. When I walked up the gate was already closed. The lady working told me “she is supposed to be gone by 5”. If you are not going to service your counter until 5 then publish your closing at 430 accurately. Now I didn’t get what I need and I have nothing to do for an 1:15 minutes.

I love the staff, they call me by name and are welcoming and polite. Most are educated about the products. Love that they sell Bang!

Salesperson was working with me finding best fit I thought he was looking on iPad until I discovered he had cell phone going and text messaging. Walked right out of the Bemidji store

Staff are ok but products are way over priced when you can get the same products online for cheaper. And even better products online for the same price if not cheaper. You shouldn't put a high price on health and fitness.
