About Great River Rescue
Great River Rescue is a no-kill companion animal shelter for dogs and cats in Bemidji, Minnesota. The staff is amazing, wonderful, very kind, and so helpful. They deeply care for every animal, pouring their heart and energy into helping them. They save, care for, and find good homes for animals, also providing needed supplies and a store with pet items. The rescue helps people in tough spots and reunites lost pets with their owners, ensuring a smooth transition. It is a community nonprofit organization supported by people who believe in its mission.
