“I’ve had an amazing experience at this gym! The facility is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating.
I also really love the staff they have. One worker in particular, AshLee, incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping members. She takes the time to answer questions, offered helpful tips, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and supported. This gym goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to work out with outstanding customer service!”

“My husband had been going to CrossFit for years and I had convinced myself it was his thing, not mine. That all changed when he invited me to compete in the Murphy workout with him. I loved the energy and community I witnessed that day, and I decided it was worth trying, as I had grown tired of working out alone at home. Well it’s been 3 months now, and I am hooked! Oh!
