Nice store, decent products, poor customer service. Just bought a 6 drawer service cart. I didn’t have a truck, drove a minivan down 2 hrs to this store to pick up cart. It’s 308lbs, packaged on a pallet. Went to load up and they refused to help, per their policy. Said it can’t be laid down…..how does one install the wheels…..probably have to lay it down I’m guessing. So I loaded it up by myself while 3 grown men hid inside…..wasn’t that hard, just principle of the idea…..I’m giving permission to lay tool cart down, honestly was pretty easy to muscle 308lbs that’s in a thick cardboard box (would’ve been easier with another person, each grab a side). I understand they may have a policy, but really, can’t help lift at all?? I spoke to the manager after I loaded up cart…..turns out he was in the back of the store, said he saw I loaded it by myself, and that they have to follow policy, “sorry about that”. He said I should’ve been asked before I bought it if I had a truck…to prevent what just happened…..honestly, I don’t remember if I was asked or not, but I’m sure he’ll blame the guy who rang us up. It’s frustrating how things are done now days, have to follow policy no matter what. Do better Harbor Freight.

Prices are lowest for most items. Any of the staff I've dealt with hasn't been knowledgeable about their products or friendly. People in their 20s. Hoping there are better staff I haven't interacted with.
