I dont usually stop at holidays when i dont need coffee, but i was running low on gas and decided to top up. The pay at the pump feature kept rejecting my card so i tried to switch it and use another i did not get any reject sound so i filled up and when i did not give me a receipt i went in and asked for it and the staff gave me the receipt to me and I left, well apparently they gave me the wrong pump receipt and claimed i drove off. I check my cards and discovered this to be true but i am confused as to why the staff either didnt want to let me know that i was asking for the wrong pump number or that i had not paid or why their pay at the pump feature is so poorly designed that they even try to offer it?Lesson i learned is always get the receipt for the correct pump and go to gas stations with working equipment.

Well none of the workers we're wearing their masks over there faces so your covid precautions are a whole lot of bs. Don't advertise covid precautions when you have none thank you very much holiday.

We had a bad experience at this station. My husband filled the tank and went in to pay, and waited in a long line. When he got up to the till, he'd forgotten to look at the pump number (as I'm sure MANY people do) and the guy behind the register named Jake said he wouldn't help him without the number. Our car was the first one near the window - Jake could have looked right out his window and figured out which pump it was but he refused to do it. So my husband had to come outside, get the number, then wait in line again. It seems to me this Jake could have figured out which pump it was pretty quickly on his own. Or the station should have a diagram by the register showing the pump numbers. Very bad service.
