Knowledge of products was very scarse. Bought home surveillance we didn't want to have to have a professional install and that's exactly what they sold us. We wanted wireless capability.

Great people in plumbing and planning. Nyla was very well informed and knowledgable. Good variety and will deliver larger quantity or heavy materials for a small fee.

I recently purchased 2 recliners and a sectional. The red chair is more maroon, the sectional was supposed to be brown. It is black, and not comfortable. Had I known it was black I would have not chosen the second chair in the color I did, which was cognac. So I have a black sectional, a maroon recliner and a cognac recliner. Not exactly the color scheme I was looking for. At least the chairs are fairly comfortable!

My husband and I shopped the Bemidji store today and were pleased with the customer service and availability of the specialists. However, we were disappointed that there weren't any motorized carts available for the disabled as I am a consumer who lives with a qualified disability and walking is difficult for me. There was one cart marked 'Out of Service', and three other carts (only two were charging). This is something this store should fix because it's not the first time I've had this same issue at this specific store.
