Mary the Receptionist gave me hard time over the phone because im a business owner and was wanting to do my tax’s. Bryan Ramiz was very polite and wants to do business with me but Mary is very rude and threaten to lie saying I was giving her and her employees a hard time when I came at the most professional manor trying to get ahold of Bryan! Then she tried apologizing when I got her name and told her I will report her to her supervisor and she yelled and hung up! Not professional to argue back over the phone the phone especially when dealing with clients that want to do business. I understand it’s a tough job and I respect that but keep it professional and be calm with clients! When she hung up on me that’s probably definitely the last time I will do business with the bemidji location! Again sorry for the bad review but hopefully something can change!

Heidi is the best to work with at the Bemidji office. Ive worked with her the back 4 years and shes very fomative for the questions I asked. I recommend Heidi to all at H&R BLOCK

Rodney was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Taxes suck but he made them suck a bit less. I highly recommend him and H & R Block for those who hate doing their own tax returns.
