A year or so ago i brought my van to NW Tire to have front tires put on back and new tires put on the front. I also ordered a 4 wheel alignment. I picked up my van and my son in law, a certified auto mechanic, checked the bill and I was charged for shims on both sides. Only one shim was used. $25 overcharge. I returned asked for my $ and the mechanic was not happy about it.
Well, yesterday we went into Bemidji and my son in law noticed my rear tire has steel cords showing. Here are the pictures. I don’t believe they did the rear alignment, but charged me for it. This is the rear passenger tire. He also said the drivers side rear tire is wearing unevenly. I am very disappointed in the quality of service. I had to buy a new tire.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I probably would have been better off going to Tires Plus but this one was closer but Hayden really knows how to make your day go from good to bad. Never will return.

Charges you 25 bucks to relearn your tpms sensors even if your car does it by it self and they still charge 25 even if you don't have any sensors. And other shops don't charge to do it at all. So watch out for that on your bill.

They did the work that needed to be done and they did a good job. The price was just quite a bit more than other places I've used for the same job in Bemidji. Switching seasonal tires. I didn't even ask the price as I figured it would be a normal charge but it was actually twice as much for the same work that I paid 2 years prior at a different tire shop in town.

I was treated so good here!! I used to go to L&M Fleet for my tires till I was treated so bad by a certain man. But NW Tire has my business now! Fred and Deanna are so good and so friendly ?. And they actually care about there customers and that's so nice. ????? They get 5 stars from me. I have nothing but positive things to say about NW Tire and the mechanics rock!! Thank you so much for all you have done for me ??. Fred & Deanna they are so lucky to have you two there ?

I called to ask if they could get me in for new tires, I asked the location, he gave me the address, i asked what stire is nearby for reference, the guy said he had a hard time hearing me I said hang on 1 sec I'll take you off Bluetooth, before I could switch (2 secs), he hung up.I called back 6-7 times before he answered I asked why he hung up on me, he said he they were busy and hung up again.

Called to get tires and an alignment. He hung up. Called back and asked why he hung up. He said "we're busy" and he hung up AGAIN! NO RESPECT AT ALL.
