Fantastic service at O'Reilly Auto Parts today! I was in a bind while visiting family, with my car not starting and no one around to help. The team at O'Reilly went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They tested my battery, recommended a repair shop, but when that wasn't an option, the manager Steven quickly swapped out the battery for me right there. He declined any payment, saying it was no big deal, but it was a lifesaver for me! Their friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to take care of the issue on the spot deserves 5 stars. I'm incredibly grateful for their great customer service!

Great service. Older parts guy helped find the right spot to replenish the freon in the AC, hr actually came outside and helped me until it was back to blowing cold air, explaining everything along the way.

Worse place every said we put on part and used it when it dint even work with that part it hit the brake mount and they gave me code for brakes went up there 4 time for the part and they treated us so bad not even funny poor poor manageent

No one bothered to help me when I went in to try and find a trailer hitch for my truck. One person walked past me helping another customer and never asked me to wait for other help nor did anyone from the office come out to help either. 20 years as a customer this is the first and last time a go to your store for help.

I was looking for some some tubing for a snowblower. The clerks twice gave me the wrong size tubing in packaged containers. Then they finally said they had cut to tubing in bulk. I had to drive over 40 miles twice. They were lazy.
