We did a multi phased move where we sold a home up north and put items in storage with Merchants until our new place was ready.

They stored our items well. And when it came to the actual big move they were flexible to do our storage locker to temporary townhome and finally dropping everything off at our new place.

Again, wow the service was amazing. Everything was handled with care, Parker and Miguel were so considerate of keeping care of our walls and floors. They were fast and had positive attitudes. We could not have asked for anything better.

I hope to not move again for a while, but I strongly recommend Merchants for your moving and storage needs.

“I've had some of the best experiences renting storage units from Blue Ox. Never have had any problems. One time I lost my key and the they were able to come out and cut my lock for me the same day. They are extremely fast with responding. Takes all of 5 minutes to start renting a unit from them and they can do everything over the phone for you. When I've been able to stop renting from them last minute they've refunded whatever money I had left over for the month for payment. Truly such an easy and convenient way of renting a storage unit. In addition, they have a wonderful secured entry/exit. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you Amy for being so prompt with messages as well! 5/5 would recommend.”

“Paul Bunyan mini storage is a nice storage facility. They luckily have climate controlled units which help with storage of our business products. Easy to get into and easy to get out. Storage units are aged, but in good condition overall. Very accessible within the Bemidji area.”
