Driver can't find Mississippi Ave SW. Delivered to my neighbor a block away. His address is Irvine Ave. Driver had to go up into an ally THE ALLY IS NOT MISSISSIPPI AVE. IDIOT!! FIX YOUR GPS . Mississippi is parallel with Irvine. This has happened twice now. I think the delivery person is running late so they just dump pkgs thinking She'll get it eventually .I'm glad Amazon went with USPS at least they can find an address. Good thing my neighbor knows me.

Currently a UPS truck is parked in front of an empty disabled parking spot. The only one on that side of the street.

I will never use this company to deliver my packages because they aren't dependable on delivering. Every other company delivers at my house except UPS.I've really gotten to hate this company

I don't appreciate that my package was marked delivered at 1:45 pm Saturday and it never showed up until 2:00 pm Yesterday (Monday). Seems dishonest and a great way to lose major customers of yours. D**** inconsiderate and unprofessional. Should have reported it as delayed. At least that would be honest and Professional. Please contact me UPS. Why? I nearly contacted my seller over this.

Not only they don’t deliver your package when it was already scheduled because you didn’t answer the door, which was never an issue before, I have always had packages delivered at the door without anyone answering the door. They also like to keep you talking to the computer. No matter what option you choose you never get to talk to a person. It is always a computer and it always sends you to the website. So, if you didn’t answer the door then forget about your package.

Last 4 boxes with multiple FRAGILE stickers were crushed.If the sender didn’t work with me and use VERY oversized boxes, the products would all have been damaged to the point of inoperability.I’ve tried to raise concerns about the damages, but “only the sender can make claims of damage” which is BS, as the sender isn’t the one seeing the damage!

The company that sent my package didn't put my whole address on it.. and was notified via email that it was unable to be delivered etc. And so I went in and they were very helpful and I ended up meeting up with the driver to get my package. Great customer service!!

They were really helpful. The hours are 3pm to 6pm Monday through Friday and closed during the weekend. I arrived late and I talked to the workers outside loading a van and they helped me. Thank you, not everyone takes the time to help someone else. I'm glad I have people living/working like this around me.

They delivered a package with some expensive contents to the wrong address. Where the vendor I ordered from as well as UPS call center told me to keep waiting, even after the tracking status stated delivered.I went to the customer center - they found my package with in an hour and delivered it to my office. KUDOS for the local office, they really went above and beyond.

zero stars. i have no idea what the drivers problem is. one excuse after another, dumps fragile expensive electrical package in snowbank on road at end of driveway, list of excuses for refusal to drop packages : driveway not safe, no turn around, turn around is yard/grass (middle of winter, no grass visible) branches will scratch truck, left in 'drop box' (there is no box), brown dog is dangerous/scary, black dog is ok tho, emergency weather situation (too much sunshine perhaps?) driver emergency delay. i have called many times and requested info, and offered solutions, am getting nowhere. useless. we are rural, have a complete, plowed, circle driveway with several turn around and parking areas. all other delivery companies have no issue, and had two semi trucks drive through!
