“The staff here is generally friendly, and I had my cat vaccinated at this clinic. However, when I inquired about a stool diarrhea PCR test over the phone, the person who answered seemed uncertain and mentioned they didn't have information about it. This left me feeling confused because I would expect the staff to be knowledgeable about common tests. Despite this, I'm giving it four stars. I'll still come back for cat vaccinations and general information since the vet was very kind.”

“The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Gabriel answered the phone with a smile and quickly put me in touch with Avery, a vet tech. Avery was very informative and took her time patiently answering all my questions about our dog's potential condition, explaining the lab results. When we had to come back for more diagnostic tests, they did not charge an additional office visit (which implies to me they care more about our pets well being than nickels and dimes).Dr Rhonan was also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly to us and to our dog, and I feel confident in her evaluation and diagnosis.Overall I had a great experience at Bemidji Animal Hospital, and will continue to bring both of my dogs back there for all of their veterinary needs!Thank you Bemidji Animal Hospital!”

“They saved my kitty!My kitten was in an accident, there were bones broken and sticking out of both legs, long story short it looked dire. I had to drive 2+ hours here but it was very worth it.I never wait more than a second to speak with anyone on the phone, everyone is very caring, and Dr. Niemi is amazing. They were able to operate on the cat and treat her wounds right there, they even went out of their way to listen to me beyond what any vet has ever done with me.My only complaint is they got bought by some company and now have to be sticklers regarding billing & can't offer payment plans anymore - but so it goes in 2023 America.The staff is caring and competent. They have the equipment and expertise to handle small and big jobs. Every semi-feral skittish cat I bring them somehow comes back a purring lap cat. I am so glad my little kitty came home. This is the best vet in miles and miles, and they have availability too - I couldn't believe it either.”

“I had an emergency with my qtr horse and needed a vet asap. Placed calls to 5 different vets. Dr Nelson was the first to reply and made 2 different trips to the barn. Things would have been so much worse if she had not taken the time to show up. I strongly recommend Dr Nelson.”
