I went on June 24, 2025, to refill my prescription. Due to massive storm damage which knocked out power, the store had been closed apparently for several days. As I waited in line, I observed pharmacy clerk Ashley waiting on a woman who wanted to pick up her prescription. Ashley explained that due to the power outage, her prescription was not available, as it required refrigeration. The woman apparently could not comprehend this and berated Ashley. Ashley retained her composure and responded professionally and respectfully. This young woman is an asset to the Walgreen's team and the pharmacy.

Often out of milk, because their prices for milk are low. Staff are mostly friendly. Their loyalty program gets ya a few bucks here and there.

I put in a refill request for my prescription at Walgreens on March 30th, only to have it cancelled without my knowledge or consent. I tried again on 4/3 and for over a week it was out of stock right up until the weekend my prescription was set to expire. I don't think anyone even bothered to order it at all and I need this medication. I have since switched pharmacies and will not be doing business with Walgreens' pharmacy ever again. If you want your meds on time, don't come here.

Mariah S. is fantastic!! Almost every time I go there, there's some sort of issue with insurance/billing, even though nothing has changed. She has always been helpful and solved the problem in a timely manner. Even when it's super busy and overwhelming she is polite and helps in any way she can. I'm always grateful when I go there and see she's working.

The Bemidji Walgreens is a disaster! The two pharmacists can be very difficult to work with even in the event of their error. They will go as far as lying to their customers, while looking them in the eye. It’s really unfortunate because a well ran Walgreens is hard to beat! But this place falls short on so many levels. Avoid the headache and run around and find an alternate pharmacy to meet your prescription needs.

Garrett, the Pharmacy Manager, so he says...is not happy working at his job. You can tell by his voice that he is agitated, wants to get off the phone as soon as he can. Not accommodating at all to the customer, which happened to be me this evening. I called to have my daughter's seizure medication refilled and shipped. He needs to brush up on Customer service skills, especially on the phone. I will not use Bemidji Walgreens Pharmacy again!
