They never answer their phones. Just hire someone to handle switchboard and phone calls, it's really not that hard. Plenty of people looking for jobs. You're literally one of the country's largest banking corporation and you can't afford to take a phone call? Shameful business practice.

Love the staff, hate Wells Fargo, corporate needs to get it together. But five stars for the staffs friendliness it’s not entirely there fault corporate shuts them down all the time.

I've been on hold for 10 minutes, someone picked up the call, placed me back on hold for another 10-12 minutes. No way to save your place in line to have a call back or email. No other # to call. This is not the first time I've had this happen to me. Not good PR if considering WF.

Ive had an account with them since 2001 when I was only 4 years old. I tried to start building credit after I graduated in 2015 by getting a small car loan of about $1,500. They basically laughed me out of the building just before saying “Try applying for one of our credit cards and then work your way up”. So I did exactly that. Went back in about a month later to try to get a credit card for gas for about $200 credit limit. Laughed me out of the building again.Really shows the amount of integrity a company has after being a loyal customer for 14 years and then essentially being told, “Yeah that means nothing to us, go somewhere else and build credit and come back when you have enough money.”

I made a mistake and used my savings account and not my checking account to pay my Wells Fargo Active Cash card. I caught it right away and called to fix the problem. The first representative I spoke to after waiting on hold for 45 minutes was less than helpful and unable to fix the issue. Later in the week, I was able to get someone that was helpful to restore my account and update the bill paying account number. On 8-31-2021, my account was closed without my knowledge. I spoke to a rep today and was told they were not provided a reason for the closure and couldn't access it from their end. I was told I could re-apply for the account to be re-opened. I didn't have any payments due however, I made a $3,000 payment on 9-1-2021. I fixed my error right away and made payments earlier than required but my account was still closed. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again.

Unable to go in to talk to anyone, understandable in a pandemic.Unable to reach anyone by phone either.It's like they don't want us to do business with them, and I'm inclined to let them have their way.

I called on a Saturday morning and LeeAnn answered and went WAY out of her way to help solve my predicament!! So impressed with her!!! If we lived closer I would love to keep dealing with her!

Zero customer awareness. Double booking appointments. No on around to help. Two tellers doing a one teller job while the line of customers goes out the door. Not to mention you can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. Looking for a new bank.

I don't necessarily dislike this particular branch cuz they have usually done me well, but Wells Fargo as a whole has a lot wrong with it. All the illegal activities they have done, being in the pocket of Big Oil, and I have now been hacked 3 times. I need to change banks one of these days.

Poor customer service assistance for small inquiries, always referred out to the online number instead of getting anything resolved within the branch. Disappointed overall with Wells Fargo after being a customer for numberous years, will be transferring banks here soon.
