I interacted with Sandy from the office and the driver at time of delivery- Dustin. Excellent help and pleasant people. This occured- despite the fact there was a major disaster of weather in Bemidji and at the terminal at this time.

Signage is too small and hidden by brush and trees to see easily when coming from the east. Staff very friendly and helpful!
