“Norm's did a great job, our daughter lives out of town and was being told so many things were wrong with her car - we brought it back to her hometown and to our hometown place, Norm's. Used them for years. They went over the car 100% - fixed what needed fixing and confirmed the rest was good and they were trying to scam her. Thank you for fitting us in and fixing it up!!!!Services: Transmission”

“I rode through town on my bicycle and got a flat tire near this business. The staff was happy to let me use their air compressor to re-inflate my tire and get me on my way again. So while I did not get any normal service I can speak to the office staffs amazing kindness and willingness to help out.”

“We so appreciate your help with our new dock. We needed a new one since our old one was totaled in a storm in early May. The Floe dock was new to us. You took the time to understand where we lived on the lake, what we needed and showed us what was possible. We love the final layout! It is better than we expected. And it is now our favorite hangout from morning coffee and sunrise to evening appetizers to celebrate a fun day on the water! Also appreciate you stopped by to check on us and make sure we were happy with the new dock! Thanks for everything you did to make this possible! It feels like we "added on" to our place... and love the extra space!”
