“When my family moved here to Benson a few months back, we decided to use Bank of the West to do our banking with. My old bank is TCF, which I still think is the best. When we first started going here we didn't feel welcomed much and sort of like a burden in a way. It was just recently when I went here to take money out, that the woman who always tends the drive-thru welcomed me as if it was my first time there. I wish it was like that the first time I went there. She was very kind and welcomed me to the city. I think we will stick with this one for a little while longer and see how it goes.”
