So last Friday, I had a letter dropped in the mail and I pay the $32 for overnight shipping and it shows up Wednesday. I don’t think that’s overnight.and it was in state tracking info was joke

I get emails my phone that shows I have mail. I go into pick it up along with the packages as well on the same days email. And I ask to pick it up along with package and get a voice in the back of the office that says the dont have any mail! Any other time this wouldn't bother me to much but, when we dont get mail delivered consistently and i get the email notifications that i have mail and see the mail truck go by my house multiple times a day and I don't get anything! Very frustrating I have to go to post office to pick up my mail and get told there is none when there cleary is that is not getting delivered.

We only get our mail every 3 days sometimes every 4 days. Our Amazon packages say they are out for delivery and then say that delivery was attempted, but I have been home all day and there was no delivery attempt. Then the package says it is being held for pickup. It is very frustrating. The reason I order online is to have them delivered to my house, not to have to go to the post office, who has limited hours, and pick it up.

Benson, MN office is garbage. Mail in informed delivery that never shows up, mail delivered to completely wrong addresses, neighbors getting each others mail, packages arriving at the USPS location and not being delivered for days later, etc. etc. This place is a mess.
