“I bought red and yellow potatoes 100lbs last year for canning. Potatoes were fantastic, shared with family members. Potatoes were fresh and when pressure cooked them they stayed nice and firm. Had no waste at all. Strongly recommend canning, potatoes don’t go to waste and are already cooked so easy to use and super affordable for families on a budget. So much better than what you get in the grocery store.”
