Got a defective vape. Definitely test your stuff before leaving. Also the staff were not that welcoming or helpful. The defective vape also ended up being the wrong one, I asked for help with showing me which one could do wax, but got just a dry herb pen that can't do wax. I would have used it except it won't even charge or turn on.

Dude was polite. Tons of glass to choose from . I give it 3 stars because i got a pipe and all i did was set it down next to me and it broke. Thin glass or something. Waste of money. Didn't get a receipt so yeah i don't think i woulda got my money back.

Your about to find out how much money you lose in that. Probably should have a little customer service next time and take ownership for your defective products.

This place is great! They have a huge selection and the prices are wayyyyy better than any other smoke shop I've ever visited. The staff is also extremely friendly and very helpful. This is the place you want to go.

Okay, I’m not one to normally complain, but I really need to make this known to everybody in the community. If you vape like I do, do NOT buy your pastel cartel esco bars here. The vape I picked up died and was burnt within a day, and the lettering is completely wrong on the packaging, and it did not say pastel cartel on the back. The picture on the right is the correct packaging and a true esco bar, the one on the left was what I was sold, and it was a fake. I was told by someone I normally purchase my vapes from that it is indeed a fake, and sometimes some companies order things oversees without getting from the best distributors. Don’t buy your Escobars here, and I will be reporting! They said sometimes they “change their packaging and formula” when I called, and that’s just not true! I have been buying this brand for over a year, and I know what to look for. So please, don’t buy your vapes here!
