I find it strange that this post office says I underpaid for shipping and then charges my ebay business shop twice for an additional 11 dollars for shipping. The item was a petticoat shipped in a flat rate priority box for 11 dollars.. I didnt start getting these fees for this particular item till after I had filed a claim for something else yall destroyed. I guess you guys needed that refund money (30.99) back super bad. Its crazy cuz I ship items daily from Monticello and NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR UNDERPAYMENT they actually have refunded me of over payment! And We wont go there with the way yall handle my packages but ill leave some photos of packages ive received lately.

So I sent my daughters plates for her car to grand forks and somewhere in between they got lost I went to the post office on saturday morning and they said that i would have a phone call on by the end of the day and never recieved one no wonder everyone can't stand the post office still looking for the plates

Laziest mail person. There was a car by out mailbox and nothing preventing him from bringing me my medication to the door or mailbox. Had issues with him this winter. Like you're going to have to bring it back out, you didn't save yourself a trip or anything. Like please do your job. It's a lot easier than mine is. So frustrated. This is in line with the other complaints against this location too. Super ? please do better and if you do ill retract my review AND make sure you get a nice xmas gift from us but the laziness right now in delivering vital meds isn't getting you anywhere my dude. Be well.

I am TIRED of this post office and something needs to be done. Since January I've been having issues with rebates and credit cards not being delivered. File a claim and absolutely nothing is being done. No one contacted me and now my rebate was redeemed in coon rapids. I have spent multiple hours now trying to get a hold of someone in their stolen mail "investigation" department about the claim to no avail. I'm to a point I'm scared to attempt to have anything financial related delivered to my address. This is ridiculous!

These guys not only deliver your mail to the wrong house weekly, but I’ve had packages scanned, then kept in the truck, 100% stolen. Scanned 5 items, put 2 in the mail box, drove away. My cctv shows no one ever approached my mailbox before I did, so nothing was stolen by anyone walking by. One also happened to be my video game on Amazon C.O.D. Release day. So everyone knows what that package is. I’ve also had her jam boxes in so tight it took two of us to get it out multiple times because she’s too lazy to go to the door. And she has broken 3 mailboxes doing that. Complain to the office, no one cares. I’ve lived across the nation and never had Postal Service this horrible!

Have had my mail “delivered” to my house multiple times with it being thrown or dropped into my yard. Important documents have been found frozen into the snow. Have a small driveway, new mailbox, and plowed up to and away from the box.

I received a notice for a delivery/signature attempt in my mailbox.I have a ring doorbell, but it was never rung, nor was any carrier ever shown at my door! This is an important item I needed to sign for. I was home, and there is no excuse for this laziness!When attempting to call the office itself to voice my complaint, it is IMPOSSIBLE, so my complaint will be left here. Hopefully the owner/management will read this and speak with their employees about proper delivery methods that are REQUIRED.The employees at the office itself are always friendly and helpful. I just wish we had better luck with some of our carriers.

If these drivers can’t deliver mail and packages without driving through my lawn then I say go ahead and do away with the postal service. Now I have muddy tire marks going up my driveway because he’s too lazy to reverse his vehicle up my short driveway. I just watched him do a U-turn in my sopping wet yard. The private delivery companies that come here don’t give me lawn jobs. Why does the federal government? In the future, I will be supporting any measures to privatize the mail delivery business.
